She has nearly eight years of pharmaceutical industry experience in China, focusing on publication planning, execution, and evidence dissemination in the China healthcare environment. Before joining the pharmaceutical industry, Xuewen worked at Springer Nature China as a publisher for academic journals and books, gaining first-hand experience in scholarly publishing, editorial quality, and scientific content development. Her combined background in academic publishing and medical affairs gives her a unique perspective on ethical, audience-centered, and locally relevant publication strategy.
