About me
Tomomi Takeshima, PhD, CMPP, is Deputy General Manager at Nippon Life Insurance Company, where she is involved in medical writing and scientific publication activities. She has more than 10 years of experience in the field, with particular expertise in real-world evidence (RWE) and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). Her experience spans multiple therapeutic areas and includes involvement throughout the research and publication process, from study design and interpretation of findings to manuscript development and publication. She has contributed to research projects as an author, with much of her work published in international peer-reviewed journals. In addition to her work as a publication professional, she serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Medical Economics and has experience as a peer reviewer for scientific journals.
